Julian is also a charity fundraiser, digital content producer, event director (Film Festival/Music Festivals & Charity Fund Raisers), film-funder, production accountant and music producer. Julian engages with film students in the UK and overseas, via lectures, mentoring, work experience and production workshops leading to an invitation to participate in a UN WOMEN Panel ‘Women in Film,’ Bharia University, Islamabad), and nomination/acceptance of, a Fellowship of the Royal Society of the Arts.

Julian is currently producing ‘TWO WEEKS IN NOVEMBER’ a thriller/docudrama revealing the true story behind the resignation of Robert Mugabe in Zimbabwe. This production bringing up over $50m, in production budgets overseen, and $15m of factual content commissioned over ten years.
Julian has played Rugby Union around the world, most notably: the ARCTIC, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, FIJI, NEW ZEALAND and SOUTH AFRICA. Captained club, school & BERKSHIRE COUNTY (youth level), represented both BERKSHIRE & BUCKINGHAMSHIRE (youth & senior level) · represented WASPS FC (youth & senior level - during their last championship season during the amateur era) · selected as 1stXV Captain in his freshman year at GREENWICH UNIVERSITY (becoming 1st XV senior coach & selected to join the ENGLAND STUDENTS coaching course) · Badges: Level 1 RFU Coaching / Level 1 RFU Refereeing.
Since 2010 Julian has been collectively involved in raising over £500,000 for various charities including: The AEGIS TRUST, the HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL DAY TRUST, SHELTER, the WINDSOR HOMELESS PROJECT, the WOODEN SPOON SOCIETY & WAR CHILD.

2018: PTSD Art Exhibition
In November 2018 Julian directed an exhibition of photography and art created by Veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Curated by Army veteran Leo Stokes, the former Irish Guardsman who uses art and poetry to help deal with his PTSD. The event highlight was an inspirational Q&A with Terry Brazier who focused on becoming a double world champion MMA fighter. The two former soldiers completed the event with an open Q&A session about the struggles they have had with their mental health.
